"Zappos is the Best Site Ever"
Best Site Ever. I will never buy shoes or other stuff from other sites. Zappos takes care of all your returnings and refunds. Their customer service is one of the best. Also the pricing is great when it comes to festivals/holidays. Im so sick of the websites that have poor services.

"I have bought several pairs of shoes…"
I have bought several pairs of shoes over the years on zappos website. I have always received good service and the quality of shoes has been good. But the last pair of Rockport shoes i bought did have issues. The sole started to separate from the leather. I contacted zappos customer service via text. I was told that their wasn't a warranty or a way to return them unless they were in like new condition. But Ali said she would see what she could do to help me. After a few messages she said she could give me a credit or a replacement. I opted for a replacement which is on its way. Ali was awesome and zappos stands behind their sales. Will continue to do business with them in the future. Would highly recommend!

Ronell from customer service is wonderful, I ordered a pair of flats for my office job unfortunately they were to large, i called and asked for an a exchange she took care of it and she took care of me so sweetly and professionally
