I was actually able to find wide sizes easily, which was a big win. Only downside is some of the nicer styles sell out way too fast, so you gotta grab them quick...

The return process wasn’t bad, but it took longer than I thought it would. I felt a little embarrassed having to keep checking on it, but it did eventually get sorted out.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from zappos, and one pair showed up exactly how I expected. The other pair was the right size, but it came in the wrong color, so the order was only partly correct. I was expecting clearer instructions or some kind of note about what to do next, since it wasn’t immediately obvious how they wanted me to handle the mix-up.

The return process wasn’t terrible, but it was still annoying because I needed the shoes for the weekend. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, and customer service was manageable, but I do wish they had checked the order more carefully before shipping it out.

I used their size advice before ordering a pair of sneakers, it just felt right. They suggested going a half size up, so I did, and the fit was pretty much perfect. I was weirdly relieved because I really didn’t want to deal with a return. Super helpful overall

They got the return started quickly and explained the steps in a normal, easy-to-follow way, not like they were just reading off a script. The only thing I’d warn people about is that it took a little longer than I expected to get connected in the first place.

I’m still waiting on my exchange and it feels like it’s taking forever. I keep feeling pressured to follow up again and again just to get an update, which is really frustrating.

I’ve bought from Zappos a handful of times now, and the free shipping is probably the biggest reason I keep ending up back there. Buying shoes online is already kind of a gamble, so being able to order without feeling like I’m paying extra just to see if something fits... that helps a lot.
Shipping has been fast for me too, which is nice. The prices aren’t always the lowest if you compare around, but the easy returns and not having to think about shipping fees sort of balance it out. Overall I’ve had a good experience, not flawless or anything, but..

I had a small issue with my return and expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but they handled it faster than I thought. From my experience, they seem to take these problems seriously and actually follow through. The problem got fixed, and I was relieved it didn’t turn into a long back-and-forth.

These shoes actually fit true to size, which was really nice. I ordered the same size I always wear and they fit just how I expected

Zappos has a really good selection, especially when it comes to shoes. I actually found sizes and brands I feel like I’ve searched the entire internet for before. A few styles I liked were sold out, which was a bit frustrating, but there was still a ridiculous amount to choose from overall.

The prices are usually fair, which I appreciate, but I do wish the deals popped up more often. Has anyone else noticed that the discounts don’t show up as much as they used to?
