Zappos was amazing in its day. Even after Amazon bought them out, they remained a good solid go to for shoes. That has changed. I guess it was just a matter of time. I ordered a pair of shoes and ir was obvious they were knock offs. Don’t get me
wrong , I like Amazon and use them constantly, but I know what I’m dealing with. Zappos was original, and if I ordered designer, I got it. Amazon has always been questionable. And I’ve learned to live with that. I loved you Zappos, but you sold yourself out. I lnow you don’t care, because in the long run, you made bank $$$$$ . Thanks Amazon! I’m know you will never care about this review, because you are so wealthy that all you care about is the bottom line. You have us all by the balls. If at any time in the future I could make you understand how is we all feel, I will do my best to let you know. In the meantime, I will do my very best to tell people what you are really about. Hopefully it will catch on!!

What the heck is this low cumulative rating about?

Zappos is my go-to store for all footwear. I have difficult to fit feet and am unable to find the size I need at most brick and mortar stores.

Zappos makes it simple for me to order multiple shoes, try them on, and return them. Their 365-day guaranteed FREE return period is unmatched. They don’t charge restocking fees either (many shoe sellers do…I’m looking at you, Shoes.com).

I have ordered hundreds of shoes from Zappos, of various types & brands. I’ve only kept a fraction of them. I don’t do this for sport. I truly have a problematic feet. I have never once had trouble with the Zappos sales & service staff.

It feels to me like someone’s intentionally sabotaging this company’s rating. It isn’t warranted. Zappos, please keep up the great experiences. Thank you.

Horrible company to deal with. You order, they give you an order number & date of delivery, But then they cancel the order because you did not use your Amazon credit card! I simply wanted to keep Zappos & Amazon separate, so I used another card. They NEVER notified me that they cancelled my order for that reason! Then it took almost 1.5 HOURS to find out why they wanted to do that,over the phone. Absolutely NO customer service from this company at all. Kickbacks between the two of them?

I love shopping at Zappos.com. They have the best prices and quality on shoes and clothing, and they always deliver fast and hassle-free. Their website is easy to navigate and their customer reviews are helpful. Zappos makes online shopping fun and convenient.

I agree with the other reviewers who said that Zappos used to be great but that service had deteriorated. I spoke with a customer service person identified as Kimberly, and she was incredibly rude. That would never have happened in the past. Also, their web site has a lot of new issues; after trying to help me with a site glitch for 20 min, the tech person said, 'This is an ongoing issue.' -- I said, 'At the Zappos end?' and she said yes, that lots of people had the same problem. -- Too bad, because next to LLBean, Zappos used to have some of the best service and the best web site. Goodbye to the good Zappos, alas.

I bought these foot Moccasins because I am very active, with a lot of walking and getting around in my job. These are great shoes. They are very comfortable fit, good quality and look great. I have not had any problems with them at all and have worn them many times without issues!

Let me tell you about the 5 or so great experiences I have had with these folks. The first time I ordered the wrong size. They had the right size here before I had even dropped the returns off. Perfect experiences the next two orders. Again, I ordered a smaller size that I needed, same thing, got to me so I could wear the new ones to drop off the incorrect ones.
The last I used them , a week or so back, they went well above and beyond helping me return some work boots.
I have never had such good customer service experiences in actual stores.
The selection is huge, the prices are on point and the customer service is almost unmatched. They took care of my problem to a much higher level than I had even hoped for.
